DCS explores cities that no longer exist.

A dead city may be one of ruins, desolation, or turned earth, but they are also immanent in the traces of a living city’s past – the tales in the dustbin or the ashheap, between the rafters or below the floorboards.

We hope to encourage an imaginative curiousity for all things urban, and an eye for the local exotic beneath the common bustle.
